help me plz!!!!!!!!!!

erm.. im just starting plying ff x-2 and im stuck at besaid village at the beginning.. when they notice that got sphere inside besaid village, thn u have to go for it.. but how im gonna go into village.. im stuck at the elevator there, i know that need to find 4 chiper and i found it, but when go to the elevator there, it's only show me " there is appear some kind of switch " like that.. so somebody help me solve tis problem plz.. i wan faster continue my journey.. thx!!
